In response to the growing demand from the HoReCa sector and private investors, we are expanding our Flex Box line with the specialized HP 1 module. This is an autonomous accommodation container designed from scratch for the realization of modern hotels, guesthouses, holiday resorts, as well as luxury private properties. The key advantage of the HP 1 module is its unique architecture, which allows for maximum and highly efficient utilization of the plot area.
Functional Layout and Architectural Characteristics
- Optimized Linear Design with Large Glazing: The main distinguishing feature of the HP 1 module is the placement of the main entrance on one of the shorter elevations of the building, while the full, impressive panoramic glazing is located on the opposite side – also on the shorter wall.
- Multifunctional Design Potential: Thanks to the massive glazing on the shorter wall, the HP 1 module works perfectly not only as a hotel unit but also as a modern, modernist villa composed of several containers. The excellent natural lighting opens up the interior to the surrounding nature. The modern, open, and bright spaces can ideally fulfill the expectations of a private investor desiring a luxury home in beautiful green surroundings, as well as a commercial investor creating, for example, an exclusive boutique hotel by a lake.
- Terraced Development Capability: This specific layout of the joinery makes HP 1 containers ideal for side-by-side positioning (terraced arrangement).
